Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or text us at 973-406-9511 between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: 100% refund (minus credit card fees).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment: No refund.

Missed appointments: No refund will be provided for missed appointments. A missed appointment is considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that emergencies happen, so please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
